Someone once said that learning to deal with hardship is essential to developing yourself because it can make you grow as a person. Indeed, Jason Sabornido proved that anyone can achieve their goals despite the hardship and difficulties one is experiencing in life. As a gradeschool student at Caraycaray Biliran Elementary School in Leyte, Jason helped his parents in the rice field to augment their income. During his teens, he worked as a street corn vendor while continuing his secondary education at Pasay City West High School.
With much persistence and diligence, Jason was accepted as a student at the City University of Pasay. While finishing his 2-year course in Computer Technology, he started working at the Makati Sports Club, Inc. as a Tennis Ball Boy to finance his studies.
Finally, he graduated at the City University of Pasay in 2017 with an Associate Degree in Computer Technology and is also currently working as an Amusement Park/Computerized Ride Operator at the Mall of Asia (SM By the Bay). Jason showed that hard work and determination, undoubtedly, are very important in accomplishing anything in life.
