Please be advised that it is imperative to email the scanned image or photo of the deposit slip / payment slip to the Billing Department at billing@makatisportsclub.com or fax it at 8-817-28-49 so we can immediately credit your payment to your account. Until the deposit slip / payment slip has been sent and verified, your balance will remain outstanding.
