We recognize that the difficult circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic are preventing members to settle their bills.

In view of this extraordinary situation, the Board has decided to extend the payment deadline for your February billing statement until 30 April 2020.

Furthermore, the consumables and other fees collected in advance for the gym, pool, etc. will be extended one month after Club operations resume.

In this regard, we wish to advise you that collection of payments will proceed as usual to keep the Club functioning and our employees duly compensated.

We also take this opportunity to inform you that the Board and the Management have already given financial assistance to MSCI employees and staff who are in need of additional remuneration to help them cope with the ongoing crisis.

Moreover, we have started to implement a recent initiative of the Board to provide packed meals to the doctors and other health personnel working in Makati Medical Center (MMC). Under this program, a total of 250 packed meals will be delivered daily to MMC at lunchtime, and another 250 at dinner time. This program will run from March 28 until April 11 and hopefully, will help provide some comfort to our frontliners at MMC.
